Dan Easton

Dan Easton: A Legacy of Trust in North Georgia Real Estate For more than 30 years, Dan Easton has been a fixture in North Georgia real estate — not just as an agent, but as a genuine partner to the families, investors, and communities he serves. Licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina, Dan has built a career defined less by transactions and more by relationships that have lasted decades. Many of his clients started as first-time homebuyers and call him again and again for their real estate needs — a testament to the kind of trust that simply can't be manufactured overnight. A People-First Approach What sets Dan apart isn't just his market knowledge — it's how he makes people feel. He has an easy, personable warmth that puts clients at ease from the very first conversation, whether they're navigating a stressful relocation, a bittersweet downsizing, or the excitement of a first purchase. Dan listens first, asks the right questions, and treats every client's goals as if they were his own. That approach has earned him not just repeat clients, but genuine friendships that have outlasted the closing table by years. A Passion Backed by Expertise Dan's love for real estate shows in how much he's invested in mastering it. Over his career, he's earned an impressive collection of professional designations, including: International Specialist — expertise in serving buyers and sellers with global ties Green and EcoBroker — specialized knowledge in energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable properties Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) — a designation held by only a small percentage of agents nationwide Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representation credentials — advanced training in advocating for each side of the transaction Few agents in the region can match this depth of certification, and it reflects Dan's ongoing commitment to staying at the leading edge of an industry he genuinely loves. Proud to Call Three Springs Realty Home Dan speaks with real pride about Three Springs Realty, a brokerage he built and grew throughout the years. A Brokerage built on hard work, integrity, trust and the utmost values for his cliente. Dan and Three Springs Realty has been a staple in the community and a mentor to many other agents during his career. Slowing Down — Not Stepping Away While Dan is easing into a well-earned slower pace after three decades in the business, he remains very much present and available to his clients. To ensure that same level of personal care continues seamlessly, Dan has built a trusted partnership with the Holly Nelson Team — a collaboration he's genuinely confident is the perfect match for his clientele. It pairs his deep experience and long-standing relationships with a dedicated team ready to carry that same standard of service forward, giving his clients the best of both worlds: a familiar, trusted voice alongside fresh energy and support.

Holly Nelson

Real estate isn't just my career—it's been my life's passion for more than 25 years! As a North Georgia mountain native, I've had the privilege of helping families buy and sell homes throughout the region since becoming licensed in 1999. Today, I'm proud to serve as the Broker/Owner of Three Springs Realty, Associate Broker with Engel & Völkers, North Georgia Mountains, and Tennessee Broker for Mountain Country Realty Homes & Land. These roles allow me to offer my clients an unmatched level of expertise, local knowledge, and marketing reach across Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. As the leader of the Holly Nelson Team, I've built an experienced, multi-state real estate team dedicated to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible. Whether you're buying your very first home, searching for a luxury mountain retreat, investing in income-producing property, or selling a family estate, our team has the resources, relationships, and regional coverage to help you achieve your goals. We don't just work in one market—we serve clients across the entire Southern Appalachian region with local experts who understand each community. My roots run deep in these mountains. I was born and raised in the Tennesse area of Turtletown, TN which is a neighbor to Blue Ridge, where I live with my husband and our five children. Having spent my life here, I know these communities, neighborhoods, lakes, rivers, hiking trails, and hidden gems better than almost anyone. That local knowledge becomes a tremendous advantage for my buyers and sellers. For years, I also owned and operated Mountain Country Realty and A Blue Ridge Vacation Cabin Rentals, giving me extensive experience in vacation homes, short-term rentals, and investment properties. This aspect of my career has definitely given me an in depth insight of Investment Knowledge for my clients looking for Short Term Rental Portfolios. What I enjoy most about real estate isn't just the homes—it's the people. Every client has a different story, different goals, and different dreams. I believe listening is just as important as negotiating, and I take pride in understanding exactly what matters most to each client. My commitment is to provide honest guidance, strong communication, and exceptional service from our very first conversation through closing—and long after. Our mountains truly offer something special: breathtaking long-range views, pristine lakes and rivers, world-class trout fishing, endless hiking and biking trails, charming downtowns, and a lifestyle that's hard to find anywhere else. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway, your forever home, luxury mountain living, land to build on, or your next investment opportunity, I'd be honored to help you find the perfect fit. When you choose me, you're not just hiring one agent—you gain the experience, support, and reach of an entire team that is committed to helping you make confident real estate decisions. I'd love the opportunity to earn your trust and show you why so many of my clients become lifelong friends. Let's make your next move your best one yet.
