Holly Nelson

Real estate isn't just my career—it's been my life's passion for more than 25 years! As a North Georgia mountain native, I've had the privilege of helping families buy and sell homes throughout the region since becoming licensed in 1999. Today, I'm proud to serve as the Broker/Owner of Three Springs Realty, Associate Broker with Engel & Völkers, North Georgia Mountains, and Tennessee Broker for Mountain Country Realty Homes & Land. These roles allow me to offer my clients an unmatched level of expertise, local knowledge, and marketing reach across Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. As the leader of the Holly Nelson Team, I've built an experienced, multi-state real estate team dedicated to making every transaction as smooth and successful as possible. Whether you're buying your very first home, searching for a luxury mountain retreat, investing in income-producing property, or selling a family estate, our team has the resources, relationships, and regional coverage to help you achieve your goals. We don't just work in one market—we serve clients across the entire Southern Appalachian region with local experts who understand each community. My roots run deep in these mountains. I was born and raised in the Tennesse area of Turtletown, TN which is a neighbor to Blue Ridge, where I live with my husband and our five children. Having spent my life here, I know these communities, neighborhoods, lakes, rivers, hiking trails, and hidden gems better than almost anyone. That local knowledge becomes a tremendous advantage for my buyers and sellers. For years, I also owned and operated Mountain Country Realty and A Blue Ridge Vacation Cabin Rentals, giving me extensive experience in vacation homes, short-term rentals, and investment properties. This aspect of my career has definitely given me an in depth insight of Investment Knowledge for my clients looking for Short Term Rental Portfolios. What I enjoy most about real estate isn't just the homes—it's the people. Every client has a different story, different goals, and different dreams. I believe listening is just as important as negotiating, and I take pride in understanding exactly what matters most to each client. My commitment is to provide honest guidance, strong communication, and exceptional service from our very first conversation through closing—and long after. Our mountains truly offer something special: breathtaking long-range views, pristine lakes and rivers, world-class trout fishing, endless hiking and biking trails, charming downtowns, and a lifestyle that's hard to find anywhere else. Whether you're looking for a weekend getaway, your forever home, luxury mountain living, land to build on, or your next investment opportunity, I'd be honored to help you find the perfect fit. When you choose me, you're not just hiring one agent—you gain the experience, support, and reach of an entire team that is committed to helping you make confident real estate decisions. I'd love the opportunity to earn your trust and show you why so many of my clients become lifelong friends. Let's make your next move your best one yet.
